Andre Stokes is a Managing Director at Blue Beacon Capital. He has been representing media and telecom clients on debt and equity financings and M&A transactions since 1999. Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Stokes has executed dozens of transactions totaling over $8 billion in value.
Prior to joining Blue Beacon Capital, Mr. Stokes was a Managing Director at Calabasas Capital, a boutique investment banking advisory firm where he led the firm’s coverage of the telecom, media and technology sectors. Mr Stokes was also a member of the media and telecom group at Credit Suisse in New York and a Vice President in the telecom group at Bear Stearns in New York and London. Mr. Stokes is a former naval officer, where he served as a surface warfare officer and later civil engineer corps officer. He was twice decorated with the Navy Achievement Medal for his leadership and meritorious service.
Mr. Stokes received an MBA with a focus on finance and strategy from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
